Return Period: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Condition of the Product: The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping: Fill out the return form included with your order and include it with your return shipment.

Hygiene Products
Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, certain products such as hairbrushes, combs, and opened personal care products cannot be returned, unless they are unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
Gift vouchers
Gift Vouchers: Purchased gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
